Over an 18 month period, this cost synergy program achieved a $39.6M reduction in annually recurring costs (~ 5% audited savings) while consolidating the supplier base from 30K down to ~10K.
Program Leader for a $7B domestic retailer that embarked on a four year long enterprise-wide EBIT improvement initiative. Led a team of 5 consultants to support multiple enterprise-wide sourcing wave targeting $1.2B in addressable indirect spend across all business functions. Over a 2.5 year period, worked in close collaboration with a cross-functional team of budget owners to execute and deliver an $88M reduction in annually recurring costs (~ 7% audited savings) while updating and improving functional policies and procedures.
Program Leader for a $45B international CPG conglomerate that was executing a P2P implementation for North America. Led a cross functional team of 22 professionals to design, build, and deploy an upgraded purchasing experience for 15K active monthly users covering all Indirect Goods and Services purchases. Developed one of a kind integrations with several new and existing enterprise systems to improve the shopping experience, shorten order cycle times, all while consolidating multiple purchasing channels.
Program Leader for a $10B auto parts company seeking to modernize a stagnant and under-resourced procurement function with $1B+ in annual indirect expense. Worked closely with new CPO, Directors, and Managers on a program to upgrade tools, processes, and policies. Oversaw full stack S2P transformation strategy, re-engineered contracting process to reduce cycle times from 3 months to 4 weeks, and helped publish new enterprise-wide procurement policies.

Led a cross functional team to design, build, and deploy an upgraded purchasing experience for 30K active monthly users covering all non-food purchases. Developed deep integrations with Oracle ERP to improve the shopping experience, shorten cycle times, reduce the supply base, all while consolidating multiple purchasing channels.
